Sunriver has seen a lot of great price reductions making room for buyers that had previously been priced out of the buyer’s market. Today you will find pricing similar to 2005 on many of the homes in Sunriver and occasionally even lower. Although Sunriver has not had nearly as many bank owned properties or short sales as other areas of Central Oregon there are a few.

The bank owned list is growing smaller and smaller! Today there are 3 properties currently active on the market for sale that are bank owned in Sunriver. Sunriver does not have the same ratio of distressed properties that other areas of Deschutes County has. Today we see 3 bank owned properties on the list of distressed properties.
One of the properties appears to be a “project home” another is right on the rail road tracks and the third is an upstairs Meadow House Condo. When bank owned homes come on the market they are generally priced much lower than other homes if you find a home that is a good deal and you are interested, call me – I will go video it for you so you have a better idea of what you are truly excited about before driving to Sunriver.
