Sunriver Oregon has not seen the foreclosure rates that the rest of Central Oregon has. There are some great deals to be found and there are a few foreclosures. People felt that the concept of the mall would increase the value of these condos dramatically. However, Silverstar fell and then these condos were just what they had always been.
