The New Year has started and the skiers, boarders and snow lovers have arrived. I cannot tell you the last time I saw the Village at Sunriver so busy with happy vacationers as it was this last week.
Many times home owners in Sunriver are afraid to put their home on the market in the winter. Our stats over the last couple years has proven that Sunriver does sell in the winter. What a perfect time for a second home buyer to buy that loves the winter recreation. We all know that Summer gives us the most rental income, so if you love the winter you buy, enjoy and rent the home out all summer. Works perfectly for many.
